Greene’s Energy Group announces new president and chief operating officer
Greene’s Energy Group, a diversified oil service company and provider of integrated testing, rentals and specialty services, has appointed Adam Doyle to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer.
Frank Mathews, who has held this position for the last seven years will transition into a strategic advisor role and will remain on the Greene’s Board of Directors. During his leadership, Mathews led the company through transformative changes, including the sale of multiple non-strategic businesses and into an industry leading wellhead protection and well testing business in the Permian and Eagle Ford basins. Greene's maintains an industry-leading safety culture, one of which Mathews helped achieve by requiring an all-in employee commitment to safety and zero recordables with “Mission Zero.”
Adam Doyle served as Greene’s product line leader and has been instrumental in the company’s growth of the wellhead protection business in the Permian Basin. In 2005, Doyle joined Guardian, Greene’s predecessor company, and he quickly took on increasing responsibilities and became general manager when Greene’s acquired the division in 2011.
Doyle has grown the Isolation Tool business to an industry-leading position in the region, introducing the Iso-Line product in 2021. Doyle is a strong team leader within the organization and an active member of the Odessa/Midland business community, where he is heavily involved in coaching youth hockey and a big part of Odessa Jackalopes hockey, which brought him to West Texas. Originally from Canada, he is a graduate of the University of Regina in Saskatchewan.
“I am very proud of what this company has achieved during these years as we’ve transitioned into a Texas-focused, industry-leading service provider to our valued customers. It has been a great ride in an ever-changing industry, and I look forward to see Adam continue the journey,” said Mathews.
