October 25, 2017

HOUSTON -- Halliburton has announced the release of the Marine Sentry 3000, a rotating control device that provides a pressure control solution by creating a seal around the drillstring and tool joints for safer containment of fluids during conventional or controlled pressure drilling operations.

“The introduction of Marine Sentry 3000 allows Halliburton to extend its portfolio of managed pressure drilling tools that are designed to improve safety and efficiency in offshore operations,” said Grant Roscoe, V.P. of Halliburton Testing & Subsea. “We worked closely with our customers to design a system that provides seamless integration with their existing rig equipment to help reduce costs and non-productive time.”
