TechnipFMC opens new facility in Odessa, Texas
ODESSA, Texas -- TechnipFMC’s new Odessa facility will bring together its surface product and service lines in one consolidated complex so that the company can better support the Surface Americas’ integrated pad offering to clients.
The facility will host all Surface Americas product and service lines including surface wellhead, pressure pumping products, frac equipment services and rental, flowback services, and measurement solutions. Surface Americas successfully combines products and services from drilling through completion and production into an integrated package by one team.
“To successfully operate in today’s market, we must be able to efficiently provide services to our clients that enhance efficiencies and reduces clients’ cost, while operating at the highest safety and quality standards”, said Richard Alabaster, president of surface technologies for TechnipFMC.
February 22, 2016 marked the ground-breaking event for the construction of the Odessa facility located on 20 acres. The facility currently hosts 48,378 ft2 of office, warehouse, and manufacturing space with future expansion capability to an additional 20,700 ft2 of office space. A grand opening was hosted on May 11, 2017.
