TAM International names new V.P.
HOUSTON -- TAM International, Inc., an independent oilfield services company providing inflatable and swellable packers to the oil and gas industry, announces the promotion of Barton Sponchia to V.P. Western Hemisphere.
“Under his leadership, Barton and his team have made significant improvements to the health of our operations in the Western Hemisphere,” said Michael Machowski, TAM President. “He has demonstrated a commitment to Excellence at the Wellsite through positive contributions to TAM’s image and culture.”
Mr. Sponchia joined TAM in 2016 as Global Business Development Manager. He has over 28 years of international and domestic experience in the oilfield industry. Prior to joining TAM, Mr. Sponchia held various management positions at companies such as Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, and Archer Well Company. He has been active in promoting new technologies in the industry as an instructor, inventor, and board member of technical organizations.
