Ryder Scott appoints new CEO

HOUSTON -- The new CEO and chairman at Ryder Scott Petroleum Consultants is Dean C. Rietz. Also, former executive V.P. Guale Ramirez was elected president, the board announced.
Newly elected board members are Managing Senior V.P. Miles Palke and Tosin Famurewa. Board members promoted to executive V.P. are Larry Connor and Herman Acuna.
Rietz is the seventh top executive in the 82-year history of Ryder Scott. He served as executive V.P. in 2012 and president in 2015.
After more than 14 years as CEO, Don Roesle retired.
