BCCK to deploy nitrogen reinjection technology in West Texas
(WO) – BCCK was again awarded a NiTech® Dual Tower Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU) in West Texas.
The newly awarded 160 MMSCFD NiTech Dual Tower NRU utilizes “cutting-edge” technology to extract nitrogen from the residue gas of a cryogenic gas processing facility. This advanced unit boasts a modular, skidded design and is unmatched in its capability of handling high and low inlet nitrogen streams.
Greg Hall, Executive Vice President, BCCK, said, “BCCK’s NiTech NRU technology is our bread and butter. We have unrivaled experience with relatively low inlet nitrogen projects that have “just enough” nitrogen to be considered off-spec. We are seeing more and more operators facing this challenge, a challenge BCCK has met with a simple solution numerous times.”
BCCK's NiTech NRU process allows customers to easily achieve their product specifications. Known for its environmentally friendly design, this technology ensures efficiency and cost savings through a smaller footprint and minimal operator attention.
BCCK specializes in full EPC projects including concept, engineering, design, fabrication, manufacturing and complete construction services. Providing full EPC services helps BCCK improve project economics by being a single-source provider for all stages of a project.
