World Oil announces agenda for HPHT 2018
HOUSTON – World Oil has released the technical agenda for the 13th Annual High–Pressure, High–Temperature Drilling, Completions & Production Conference. The agenda was built on the back of a record number of abstract submissions and was assembled by an advisory panel including representatives from Anadarko Petroleum, Chevron, Baker Hughes, a GE company, and Halliburton.
The two-day conference—which will be held in Houston, Texas, in October—will feature more than 40 technical presentations focused on new HPHT technology, processes, safety issues and regulations, and will feature technical experts from nine countries.
In addition to the technical sessions, the conference will feature keynotes from industry leaders, a special industry session on wellhead integrity, a panel discussion on the HPHT approval process for equipment validation and testing, and another panel discussion on creating a safe operational environment for HPHT wells in the Gulf of Mexico.
Andy McDowell, publisher of World Oil, said, “This year’s HPHT conference is shaping up to be one of the best yet. If your company is involved in high-pressure, high-temperature projects globally, you will find industry-leading information at this year’s conference.”
World Oil’s HPHT Conference is the industry’s premier meeting place for professionals engaged in high-pressure, high-temperature operations. This year’s conference will be held in Houston, Texas, on October 30-31.
