Houston -- The TenarisHydril Wedge 667 connection was designed for HP/HT and deep well applications. With wear resistance in mind, it features two metal-to-metal seals. The two step profile with patented step-to-step Wedge provides exceptional high torque capability and locks the intermediate seal in place. The primary seal is rated to 100% internal pressure and the intermediate seal is rated to 100% external and internal pressure, acting as a secondary back up seal. Tested according to API RP 5C5:2017 CAL IV protocol, this connection has the slimmest coupling OD in the market and is able to achieve 100% pipe body performance envelope. The connection comes with Dopeless Technology.
