Shelf Drilling secures one-year contract extension offshore Egypt
(WO) – Dubai’s Shelf Drilling has secured a one-year contract extension for its Rig 141 jack-up rig offshore Egypt.
According to a brief statement made by the international shallow water offshore drilling contractor, the contract extension is in “direct continuation” of its current term with Gempetrco for work in in Egypt’s Gulf of Suez.
The drilling rig is expected to become available in February 2024.
