Energy NL mourns loss of former CEO Bob Cadigan

The following statement was issued today by Richard Mandeville, Chair of the Energy NL Board of Directors, and Charlene Johnson, Energy NL CEO, on the passing of Robert (Bob) Cadigan

“Bob Cadigan led our association through challenging times within the offshore oil and gas sector and will be remembered for his dedication to our members and his passion for maximizing their participation in our offshore. He had the courage of his convictions and was unafraid to take firm stances to better the industry and our members. Bob also had the foresight to see opportunities to export the expertise of our members into emerging global markets and he pursued those markets with vigour in order to expand the international reach of the Newfoundland and Labrador supply and service sector. We are deeply saddened by the passing of Bob Cadigan and extend our sincerest condolences to his family and friends.”
